His hands-on approach ensures every project is completed efficiently, responsibly, and to the highest industry standards.
Meet Jane Walters! She manages the accounts at The Tree Doctors Ltd, overseeing the company’s financial administration and day-to-day accounting. Her attention to detail and organised approach ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting the team in delivering a reliable and professional service.
Meet Nikki! She’s been a valued member of the Tree Doctors team for over five years, working as our dedicated office assistant. Nikki enjoys the friendly atmosphere, flexibility, and variety his role offers. His positivity and commitment make him an essential part of our team and daily operations.
Meet Ben! He began his journey with The Tree Doctors Ltd at 18 as an apprentice and has since worked his way up to Lead Climber. Through hard work and dedication, Ben has gained valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership—ensuring every customer receives top-quality service and care.
Meet Tony! After semi-retiring from running his own tree business, Tony joined our team and quickly became one of the crew. He loves working alongside a skilled, professional group who know their craft. At nearly 70, he still keeps up the pace—and sometimes earns a well-deserved dog biscuit!
Meet Pod (Peter)! He joined The Tree Doctors Ltd at 16, starting his apprenticeship straight after school. Since then, he’s earned valuable qualifications, tickets, and experience. Pod enjoys the variety of work and growth opportunities—proud to be part of a close-knit team that feels more like family.
Jan is a key member of our Tree Doctors Ltd team. Every job Jan tackles is different, and they enjoy the variety of work our team carries out. With access to the latest, high-quality equipment, Jan helps ensure that we deliver productive, professional work to the highest standard.
Will Moore is a contracted climber with our team across the West Midlands. He works one day a week with us, carrying out all aspects of specialist tree work—a role that perfectly complements his passion for rock climbing. Will has been with our team for over three years and values both the diversity of work we undertake and the strong team spirit we share.
